The low-altitude economy, a strategic sector driven by airspace resources and advanced aviation tech, has become a key growth engine, highlighted in the 2023 Central Economic Work Conference and the 2024 & 2025 Government Work Reports. As a central hub, the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) is accelerating this vision, with Shanghai and the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui having successively launched specialized action plans. Notably, Shanghai aims to transform into a "City of Sky" and establish itself as a national pilot zone for the low-altitude economy. Crucially, the low-altitude economy is deeply linked with electronics intelligent manufacturing, driving demand for core components, intelligent control and energy systems, with tech-finance acting as a vital catalyst for innovation.
This conference provides a premier platform for government, industry, academia, research and finance leaders to explore new opportunities and challenges. By fostering technological breakthroughs, policy alignment, integrating applications and capital matching, we aim to build the YRD into a premier demonstration zone for the synergy between low-altitude industries and electronics manufacturing.
